Grades: 5th only
 
In preparation for our 5th Grade Spring Musical: JOUST, this class will focus on how properties (props- set decoration and items used to help actors tell a story) are used in a musical. Props Masters will learn to review scripts to note prop needs, gather, and make props for a show. Students will learn about the care for, maintenance of, and safety of props. 
**This does not ensure everyone participating in this class will be backstage for the 5th grade musical- as there are a limited number of jobs for tech crew. Students who take the class will be credited for their work on the 5th Grade Musical in the show program.
